Summer 2018 Update

What’s New at Bingham Crossing

The past several months have been busy completing remaining engineering and planning approvals for Bingham Crossing.  Although there has not been much activity on the site itself, we are continuing to move forward with the final approvals and designs for the first phase of Bingham Crossing.

We wanted to note that due to a complaint from within the community, we were asked to remove the trailer signage located along the highway.  New signage has been approved by Alberta Transportation and Rocky View County and will be installed within 2 weeks.

After a detailed market review of seniors care operators, we are happy to share that we are in discussions with a Seniors Care operator and will provide updates as we move forward.  Bingham Crossing is still planning on having both independent and full care facilities.

We are continuing with our leasing process and have travelled throughout North America to help secure a strong mix of tenants to serve the surrounding community.  Currently, we are in discussions with various retail uses including grocery stores, restaurants, fashion and service retailers.  We are hoping to make announcements in the coming months on what will be opening at Bingham Crossing.

With respect to construction, pending completion of outstanding County and Provincial approvals, we anticipate starting infrastructure work later this construction season with an expected 2020 opening.

Our Development Permit will be submitted to Rocky View County in the coming weeks.  We are also developing new and exciting images of the project- stay tuned for our next update!
