Bingham Crossing – Fall 2022 Update
After a very busy construction season, we wanted to report that we completed all deep services work on the site including sanitary, water and storm services.
We also completed directional drilling under Range Road #33 to connect to the Cal-Alta water utility.
Site work and grading is virtually complete on the anchor site, with construction resuming in April 2023, weather permitting. This winter will be focused on continuing with our leasing program for Phase I along with finalizing approvals on the anchor site.

Our Leasing program officially relaunched the week of September 21. We are working with JLL’s retail team in both Calgary and Vancouver to secure the best quality mix of retailers to service the surrounding community and visitors to Bingham Crossing.
