Bingham Crossing – Phase 2 MSDP First Reading
On February 25, Rocky View County Council provided first reading to the Land Use Bylaw Amendment proposed as part of the Phase 2 Bingham Master Site Development Plan (MSDP). This is a significant step in the application process and the Bingham Crossing Team is thrilled to see the project advance.
Following first reading of the land use bylaw amendment, the MSDP and Land Use Amendment applications will be circulated to the public to solicit feedback prior to the public hearing. At this time, the County has not scheduled the date for the public hearing, however we expect it will occur sometime in April or May. We will post the details of the public hearing to the project website once the County provides it to us.
The Phase 2 MSDP outlines the proposed phasing and development guidelines for the second phase of the project. If the Phase 2 MSDP is adopted by Council, the Bingham Crossing Team will continue to move the project forward and expects to pursue further development permit approvals to facilitate future construction.
