Bingham Crossing – Summer 2022 Update

We realize it has been quite some time since our last update.

You may have already noticed that work has started again on the site! We are thrilled to announce that we have started work on our on-site infrastructure for the project.

In preparation for the opening of our first phases, construction on deep services for storm and sanitary have started.

Paving and curbing work will follow once all deep services are completed.

We are now targeting a Fall 2024 opening of our first phases. Stay tuned for more updates!

Our Leasing program officially relaunched the week of September 21. We are working with JLL’s retail team in both Calgary and Vancouver to secure the best quality mix of retailers to service the surrounding community and visitors to Bingham Crossing.
