Bingham Crossing – Phase 2 MSDP Public Hearing

Following an extensive public consultation process and review with Rocky View County, a public hearing with be held at Rocky View Council on July 14, 2020.  This is the final step in the approval process of the Phase 2 MSDP Application.  We are thrilled to have received mainly positive feedback from surrounding residents and stakeholders.

Rocky View County has circulated a Notice of Public Hearing to surrounding residents by mail this week.  You may view the proposed MSDP on Rocky View County’s webpage: https://www.rockyview.ca/Portals/0/Files/BuildingPlanning/Planning/UnderReview/ProposedMSDP/MSDP-Proposed-Bingham-Crossing-Phase2.pdf

Bingham Crossing MSDP Phase 2

The Phase 2 MSDP outlines the proposed phasing and development guidelines for the second phase of the project. If the Phase 2 MSDP is adopted by Council, the Bingham Crossing Team will continue to move the project forward and expects to pursue further development permit approvals to facilitate future construction.
