Bingham Crossing – Winter 2025 Update
Exciting Progress at Bingham Crossing!
Costco is officially coming to Bingham Crossing!
We’re thrilled to announce an exciting milestone – one that marks an important step forward for the future of Bingham Crossing as Costco has been confirmed as the anchor business. This month, we closed on the sale of 18 acres of land where the international wholesaler will start to build their warehouse. Costco marks the first phase of development, with future phases set to introduce additional retail, dining and services as well as 190-unit seniors housing complex and municipal green spaces. Leasing of the surrounding buildings is also underway.
A Transportation Accommodation Plan has been prepared and will be shared with the community in advance of upcoming work along Range Road 33 and Highway 1. Construction has already begun in the northeast and southeast quadrants and will continue with work on the east side of Range Road 33 and the south side of Township Road 250.
Leasing for the surrounding retail buildings is now underway, with tenant possession anticipated between late 2026 and early 2027. We’re excited to announce a lineup of high-quality retailers and amenities in the coming weeks as leases are finalized. Bingham Crossing is thoughtfully designed to complement the surrounding communities with a vibrant mix of shopping, services, and conveniences.
Retail Leasing interest in the project has exceeded our expectations and are excited to add many new retailers and services to Bingham Crossing. Stay tuned for more announcements over the coming weeks.
