Bingham Crossing – Summer 2026 Update
Construction momentum continues at Bingham Crossing.
The transformation of the site is becoming more visible every day!
Significant progress has been made on the on-site infrastructure, with major roadwork now well underway. New roadways, traffic roundabouts, light standards, and supporting civil infrastructure are rapidly taking shape, creating the foundation for one of Western Calgary’s premier retail and commercial destinations.
Off-site transportation improvements are also advancing. The new high-speed westbound Highway 1 off-ramp is now open to traffic, providing improved access to the development. Construction also continues on the upgrades to Range Road 33 and Township Road 250, key infrastructure investments that will enhance connectivity, improve traffic flow, and support the long-term growth of the area.
With each milestone achieved, Bingham Crossing is moving closer to welcoming retailers, businesses, and the surrounding communities. The vision for the development is becoming a reality, and we’re excited to see the incredible progress being made as construction continues.
