Bingham Crossing – Fall 2021 Update

Over the past several months, the Bingham Crossing team has been hard at work securing additional approvals and preparing for the first phase of development on the site.  As you may have already noticed, site work and grading has started on the site.

We are happy to report that we are in the process of finalizing our agreement with a wholesale membership retailer for the site and hope to make a formal announcement by the end of the year.

Our Leasing program officially relaunched the week of September 21. We are working with JLL’s retail team in both Calgary and Vancouver to secure the best quality mix of retailers to service the surrounding community and visitors to Bingham Crossing.
