Bingham Crossing – Summer 2024 Update
It has been quite some time since our last update; our team has been busy finalizing final permitting for the first phase of the project. Due to delays beyond our control, we were not able to commence construction in 2024 as originally scheduled.
Despite these delays, we are happy to report that we are in the process of finalizing our construction contracts and are planning to start construction in earnest Spring 2025. We are hoping to have some preliminary work completed this Fall 2024 to some of the main infrastructure for the project.
Retail Leasing interest in the project has exceeded our expectations and are excited to add many new retailers and services to Bingham Crossing. Stay tuned for more announcements over the coming weeks.
